Mangaluru: Over 8.56 lakh students are set to appear for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Examinations starting on Monday.

Around 4.52 lakh boys and 4.03 lakh girls will be writing the exams conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). There are over 32,586 repeaters this year.
