Bengaluru: Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah inaugurated a special Anti Land Encroachment Court at Kandhaya Bhavan in Bengaluru on Wednesday. Ministers TB Jayachandra, Kagodu Timmappa and others were present.
The first such special court will be headed by retired high court judges. The court will handle cases under the Karnataka Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act and trials will be completed in six months.
