Mangaluru: Clogged and overflowing drains manhole present a sorry picture near Jugul, Mallikatte. The condition has become deplorable in the rainy season as rainwater stands for a long time on the roads because of potholes and ditches and makes the roads muddy.Residents living nearby said that they have complained to the local corporator as well as Mangaluru City Corporation. Nothing has been done yet. The sewage enters houses nearby and has put the residents into severe trouble.
