Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister S. Nijalingappa’s death anniversary was celebrated at Vidhana Soudha here in the City on Monday August 8. On the occasion, Minister for Housing and Infrastructure V. Somanna offered floral tribute to the statue of Nijalingappa.
