Mangaluru: International Day of Disabled Persons 2022 – 23 has been organised at Kudmal Rangarao Town Hall here in the City Saturday December 3. The programme was jointly organised by Dakshina Kannada District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Women and Children Welfare Department, Department for Empowerment of Disabled and Senior Citizen, Lions Club and others.
