Madanthyar: Indian Catholic Youth Movement Madanthyar unit celebrated Feast of Nativity of Blessed Mother Mary on 8 September 2018 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar.

The celebration began with the grand procession from Madanthyar town to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar. All the youth and devotees honoured Blessed Mother Mary by offering flowers followed by Holy Eucharistic Mass. Rev Fr Basil Vas Parish Priest Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Madanthyar and Director of ICYM Madanthyar unit preached on the importance of nativity feast and blessed the new grains.

ICYM Madanthyar unit members distributed payasm (mixed with blessed grains) to the parishioners. Ronson Veigas, unit President and Lavita Fernandes unit Secretary and all the youths took part in this celebration.
