Mumbai : Bandhu Chavan celebrity hair dresser, motivated the people around the city, by coloring their faces with the tri color on April 24, at the time when Mumbai is voting.

The hair dresser encouraged people to campaign and motive them to vote for India’s welfare. Discount on hair cut were given to people who have voted on the day, at  Bandhu’s Hair Studio, Dadar west in Mumbai.
