Devotees in Mangaluru join ‘Ammanedege Namma Nade’ procession

Mangaluru: Thousands of Hindu devotees took part in a massive procession ‘Ammanedege Namma Nade’ here on Sunday, January 22. The procession was held from Maravoor to Sri Durgaparameshwari temple located in Kateel.

Amidst chanting of Bhajans along with traditional instruments, the special chariot was pulled from Maravoor to Kateel.

Sandeep Shetty Maravoor, a activist and businessman started the procession in 2014 and it is being organised every year by Kateel Padeyatre Samiti.
