Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated the Harshakala – National Handloom Mela 2023 organised by the Ministry of Handlooms and Textiles, New Delhi, Department of Handlooms and Textiles and Karnataka State Co-operative Handloom Weavers’ Federation Limited. The event has been organised at the HMT Road in Jalahalli 2nd Stage here in the City on Wednesday January 25.
