Shivamogga:  Celebrations broke out in front of the Shivamogga District Congress Head Office as soon as H D Kumarswamy took oath as the Chief Minister of Karnataka and Dr. G Parameshwara took oath as Deputy CM. The jubilant party workers burst crackers and distributed sweets to express their joy.
