Bangalore: Governor Shri Vajubhai Vala released Armed Forces Flags and presented the incentive awards on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day celebration held at Glass House, Rajbhavan organized by Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement.

Home Minister Shri. Ramalinga Reddy presented the grants to Gallantry Awardees and War affected families. Smt. Sangeeta Ravindra wife of late Major Akshay GirishKumar and Shri. Puttaraju Father of Late Sandeep Kumar D.P received the award.

Retired Air Vice Marshal Azeez Javeed and Director of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement Retd Brigadier S.B.Sajjan were present.
