Responsible for the end to end process of recruitment which Involves sourcing the candidates as per their client requirement through Job Portals.
Initial screening and short listing the candidates telephonically based on their technical and behavioral skills.
Scheduling interview for short listed candidates. Follow up with client & candidate regarding short listing, selection, & joining.
