JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.We are hiring for the following roles:Property Advisory: The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects of Tier 1 developers.Investor Advisory: The role requires advising owners of real estate assets on asset management including rental property management.Tenant Advisory: The person engages with potential tenants who are showcased residential assets under management and transactions closed with them.For all positions- Two wheeler is mandatoryPlease note that Live Client leads are provided by the company.REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND PLEASE IGNORE.SALARY:We offer a 30% increase of the present salary. Incentives are in addition.
