SPC Puttur holds workshop on ‘Language: Etiquette and Composure’

Puttur: PG Department of Social Work, Centre for PG Studies and Research, organized a workshop in Collaboration with the Department of English St Philomena College, Puttur as part of its Skill Enhancement Program Series on 27 Nov 2023 at PG Seminar Hall of the College.

Bharathi S Rai, HOD, Department of English was the resource person for the day. She shared her knowledge on the significance of Etiquette and Composure along with mastery over the language to become a successful professional.

Prof. Ganesh Bhat K, Vice Principal, presided over the formal program and urged the participants to know the professional subtleties and prepare to face the world with the skills necessary to fight the battles of professional life.

Rachel Sylvester MSW Student rendered a prayer, Srimani welcomed, Koushika introduced the resource person, Saritha proposed a vote of thanks and Akil Thomas compered the Programme.

Srimani, Coordinator, of the PG Department of Social Work, Prathibha, and Sheethal Assistant professors of the PG Department of Social Work supported in conducting the workshop.

Following the workshop, certificates were distributed to the 31 MSW students who participated.
