Mysuru: Wine Mela was inaugurated by District in-charge Minister,  V. Srinivasa Prasad and Dr Pushpavathi Amarnath,  President Zilla Panchayat which was organised in association with Karnataka Wine Board.

Speaking to media, the minister opined that having wine is good for health so the people who are addicted to alcohol should leave that habit and start consuming the wine.

Since wine can be consumed by all and at any time and the supply of wine can be increased resulting in a great help to the farmers who grows grapes.

Wine lovers were seen enjoying the taste and  purchasing  wine which has a special offer of  10% discount at the venue.
