Mysuru: Even as Prime Minister Narendra Modi was presenting his vision for India during the Science Congress that was witnessed by celebrated scientists of the country in Mysuru, our Chief Minister Siddaramaiah could not fight his eyelids from closing for a hearty afternoon nap.

It was evident that scientists, students and an audience that comprised of people both from India and outside the country was attentively listening to the Prime Minister, when the CM slipped into a nap, woke up and then again slipped back into a nap.

The CM’s ‘siesta on stage’ became a ‘comic relief’ for the audience. The 10 minutes of PM’s address fell on the CM’s deaf ears because he was busy enjoying the nap.

The incident has surely left the Congress party red-faced.
