Unable to repair mobile phone youth dies of suicide

Mysuru: A youth dies of suicide on Friday January 7 as he was unable to repair mobile phone owing to shortage of money.

The deceased has been identified as Mahendra (22), a native of Yaruganahalli in the outskirts of the City. Mahendra was working in a chicken shop, and his mobile phone was damaged after it fell into the water. He was addicted to mobile games, and did not have money to replace the screen. Following this, he resorted to suicide by hanging from a tree near his house.

Alanahalli police have registered a case and are investigating.
