Mysuru: Litigation cases are intellectual stimulating aspects of law which can brighten your career as well as prompt the advocates to serve society,” opined former advocate general of state government, Uday Holla.

He was speaking at the valedictory of 5th national corporate law moot competition organised by JSS Law College and Surana and Surana International Attorneys, Chennai held here on Sunday.
Addressing the students he said, “There is difference between demanding and commanding. It is your mastery in law that can make big difference in one’s career. In order to get that mastery one has to start working with litigation cases which will provide more exposure and experience on legal issues.
“In fact the happiness and satisfaction that you get when your knowledge helps the needy cannot be compared with any other aspect. Compared to corporate law, handling litigation cases is financially less rewarding, but in the long run, the knowledge you gain will definitely shape your career and will render you lot of experience and build your reputation as an advocate,” he said.
Indian Law Society’s Law College, Pune won the championship defeating MS Ramaiah College, Bengaluru who ended as runners up.
Tax officer, K R Narayana, Rajpal Yadav, Surana and Surana International Attorneys, Chennai representative Dr S Ravichandran, co-ordinator M P Nagendra Murthy, principal of JSS Law college professor K S Suresh and many others were present.
