Supari killers’ murder plan eats Chuna

Mysuru: The City Crime Branch sleuths have successfully nabbed four persons who were out to execute a murder after taking “supari” on it in the city.

The arrested are Hemanth Nayak (25), Ramesh alias Palli (26), Mukund alias Mancha (26) and Prashant were seen hovering around Gokulam crematorium suspiciously during midnight. When the CCB sleuths spotted them, the four tried to escape. While the police nabbed four, their accomplice Raghu alias Donkey gave the police a slip.

On interrogation, it was found that the five had taken supari to kill a particular person, so that they could use the money to pay a lawyer to obtain bail for their close aides Kunda Seena, Hemanth Kumar and Majesh who were serving jail in a murder case.

The four had initially tried to mislead the police by stating that they were finding a target to execute a robbery. The police is on the look for the missing person from the gang.
