Mysuru: Many incidents in the recent past reveal that some people have lost the ‘Humane Touch ‘. The touch gains prominence because of which some get ‘rebirth’ and without which many lose ‘lives’. While the societal happenings expose the waning touch every now and then, animals are showing the way.

A live incident displayed the love of a canine towards little kittens which had lost their mother. The incident took place at the residence of Annegowda in Kundanahalli (Periyapatna Taluk) where the molly cat died after giving birth to four kittens. The little kittens had none to feed them. The canine lying in the neighborhood heard them crying and came to the rescue of the kittens and was seen feeding them.

Normally people witness enmity between dogs and cats, but this incident proved all those wrong!
