Mysuru: The cold war between former minister Sa Ra Mahesh and former Janata Dal (Secular) state president and disqualified MLA A H Vishwanath, has now turned into a mud slinging contest. Mahesh lashed out at Vishwanath on Monday, September 23, calling him a “Blue boy” (for allegedly watching pornographic films).

He reportedly made the statement while addressing a press meet at the Mysuru Press Club.

Mahesh said, “Vishwanath had once termed me as one who washes undergarments. It is okay for me to wash my own, but what about him? He used to pull his underwear down everywhere he went. Remember what you did to the widow who came to you for justice back when you were a lawyer? What was the aftermath of it when you were in an election rally in K R Nagar? Why did the people then shut their doors looking at you?”

Mocking Vishwanath’s given title “Halli Hakki”, he said, “Someone rightly named him ‘Halli Hakki’, as he keeps changing his nest every now and then. Like birds change their nesting spot, he too changes his nesting spot according to the season.”

Showing a CD to the media personnel, Mahesh alleged that it contained an audio tape of a phone conversation between Vishwanath and an actress.

“This CD has those ‘cosy’ conversations that Vishawanath and that actress had over the phone. Doesn’t he have any shame? If he thinks that these audio tapes are fake, let him stand in front of Goddess Chamundeshwari this Dasara at the Chamundi Hills and swear that it is false,” he reportedly said.

He added, “If someone had some self-respect and dignity, that person would commit suicide by jumping into the water.”

He further claimed, “I can bring the politicians of those times in front of the media and make them confess who devastated the life of the then Tahsildar of K R Nagar and his family.”

He then threatened to disclose more details and documented evidence if Vishwanath did not mind his own business and stop calling him names.
