Mysuru: Police have registered a case of abuse against Mysore University Vice Chancellor for abusing a retired principal of one of the institutions affiliated to Manasagangothri and have given an NCR report to complainant.
In his complaint lodged at Lashmipuram police station,  S Siddegowda , a retired principal of Manasagangothri  educational institution has alleged that he was abused by the VC in front of many people on July 8th evening. The complainant said that he had gone to the VC’s office seeking a job for his close friend’s son on temporary basis.  He alleged that the VC made him wait for more than 2 hours and when he came out of his office, the VC abused him in front of many people saying that the candidate recommended would destroy the entire university.

Disturbed by the development, Siddegowda lodged a complaint at the Laxmiuram police station. The police have given an NCR copy to the complainant and assured him of action.
