Mysuru: A blood donation camp was organised as a part of the 28th Road Safety Week here at Nanjaraja Bahadur Chatra in Mysuru on Janaury 10.
Inaugurating the camp, Chamarajanagar MLA P Vasu said that cops also have social concern and responsibility and they have shown it through this blood camp.

Mysuru City Police Commissioner Dr Subramanyeshwar said that in the 28th Road Safety Week police officials were voluntarily donating blood. “People should not be afraid of the cops. They are also human. They too have sympathy and concern,” he added.

Later the police commissioner also participated in the blood donation camp.

Assistant Police Commissioner N Rudramuni was also present.
