Parvathi Siddaramiah prays for her husband at Chamundi hills

Mysuru: With Siddaramaiah caught in eye of storm over various issues cropping up at the political front, Parvathi Siddaramaiah, wife of the CM was seen seeking blessings of Goddess Chamundeshwari atop hills of Chamundi on third Friday of the month of Ashada.

A staunch devotee of Goddess Chamundeshwari, Parvathi Siddaramaiah was seen placing her petitions before the Supreme Mother along with fruits, flowers and other auspicious offerings. Sources said that apart from prayers for her husband’s well-being, given the fact that he is facing a turbulent political present, she is said to have also prayed for sufficient rains and prosperity of farmers.

Police snatch Cameras from media persons

When she was around the temple in the morning at around 9am many media reporters rushed to take her photographs. The policemen present at the venue asked them not to click her photographs and also snatched few cameras. The policemen also insisted to delete the photographs which were stored in the camera memories.

Rituals like Rudrabhiskeha, Panchamrutha Abhishekha, Parvathi Alankar (decoration) Coconut and flower decorations are being carried out at the temple.
