Palace Administration board Deputy Director gets notice

Mysuru: The chairman of State Safai Karmachari commission issued a notice to the Deputy Director who is in charge of civic workers working within the palace premises for denying them benefits though they are eligible under the government guidelines.
During a surprise visit to the Palace premises today, the Chairman of Karnataka Safai Karmachari Comission Narayan noticed that around 36 civic workers being denied minimum wages, other benefits and healthy working conditions though they have been toiling for years. He immediately summoned P.S. Subramanya, Palace administrative board Deputy Director and Labor contractor Shivanna to verify the facts.

On confirmation he issued a notice to the deputy director of the Mysuru palace administrative board seeking explanation from him for the anomalies in the distribution of wages and has filed a case against the erring official for future course of action.
