Mysuru: Acting on credible information, the City Crime Branch (CCB) arrested a man for running an illegal LPG refilling unit here.

The arrested accused has been identified as Siddaraju, who was nabbed when the CCB raided the LPG distribution centre at Gangotri Layout. Another accused, identified as Nandish, is absconding. The police have also seized the gas cylinders and refilling equipment from the LPG distribution centre.

Nandish, according to sources, owns the gas agency and illegally refills LPG cylinders.
