Mysore: Traffic was disrupted for some time on the road in front of the Cheluvamba Hospital following  a head-on collision between a state transport corporation bus and a Maruti Omni on Monday July 7. Matters turned worse when the drivers of the two vehicles entered into an altercation right on mid-road. The car was damaged due to the impact of the collision.

It is said the car driver Arvind was infuriated when the bus driver Guruprasad underplayed the accident  even when  the former said his car has been badly damaged. The bus was  proceeding from Koorgalli bus stand while the Maruti Omni was proceeding from the railway station.

The NR Traffic Police station cops who rushed to the spot, brought the situation control.
