Nirantara Ranga Utsava concludes in Mysuru

Mysuru: The concluding day of Nirantara Ranga Utsava began with the scintillating performance by different folk dance groups.

The folk dance groups performed with their traditional costumes and musical instruments much to the appreciation of a large audience gathered at Kalamandir.

The workshops were among the highlights of the event and were often attended by hundreds of people. However, there were also many interaction debates on the theatre and the criticism.

Speaking to the gathering Rameshwari, senior theatre artist who was part of the event, appreciated Niranthara Foundation in its attempt to conduct such events.

Niranthara Foundation and Nirantara Ranga Utasava should be at the National level in coming days, she added.

Other highlights from the final day included the energetic performance of “Kudala Sanagama” mixture of many Indian folk forms by Music Director C Ashwath and Prasad Kundoor directed by Suguna M M.

Kudala Sanagama is based on the revolution which took place during 12th century in Karnataka which carries message of social and economic equality.

Kudala Sanagama got unending applause from the audience.

Dhruvanarayan, MP also witnessed the event and he was felicitated by Niranthara Foundation.

After the performance Prasad Kundoor, Co-Founder of Niranthara Foundation thanked audience for their support throughout the event.
