Mysuru: JD (S) K. R. Nagar MLA Sa Ra Mahesh said that he won’t fear the blackmailing tactics of erstwhile Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri and Survey, Settlement and Land Records Department Commissioner Munish Moudgil.

Speaking to media persons here on Monday September 6, he said that no one can shut his mouth. “I welcome the order for surveying of my property,” he said.  He said that he welcomed Moudgil’s order despite it is against law, as it is already surveyed. He challenged them to prove he encroached government land.

He said that it is agitation between honesty and corruption and he would continue his agitation till the end. He alleged that his neighbours did not complain about encroachment but the survey commissioner ordered for a survey at the behest of Rohini Sindhuri.

Meanwhile Moudgil said that he has powers to order for the survey. He said that earlier just measurement of land was conducted and not survey. “Now since the applicant has sought many details from department hence as per law I have ordered for the survey.”

He said there are 6-7 land encroachment complaints that has come from the applicant hence it is necessary to conduct survey. He said the survey will be conducted not only on MLAs’ land but it will be an overall survey to find encroached land of MUDA, and other government departments.
