Mysuru: We have raised the wall of Lingayat dam. In addition we have strengthened the same of Hindutva by increasing reservation for the development of all sections. BJP National General Secretary C. T. Ravi said that the Congress was sure to sink.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP’s Media Centre here, Ravi hit back at D. K. Shivakumar for his statement that “Lingayat dam has been broken” and said that the Congress party has been dividing communities, including the society, for a long time. He is still trying to do so and it will not succeed, he said.
“Our demand is to give a clear majority for a strong Government. We respect the country’s democracy. We adopt it in respect. We have given representation to the elders also. We have also given opportunities to new faces,” he said.
