Mysuru: Congress President Sonia Gandhi arrived here on Monday October 3 for the party’s ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra in the State. She will take part in the Yatra on the morning of Thursday when the Yatra starts after a two-day break.
Sonia Gandhi had not recently campaigned for the party during elections owing to health issues.
Gandhi will take part in the party’s public event, which is being attended by many Congress workers, for the first time in a very long time.
The Bharat Jodo Yatra, which began its nearly five-month journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, is now in its 26th day.
