Gundlupet: A heart-wrenching incident occurred at the CMH Orphanage when a young student’s life was tragically cut short due to an unexpected cardiac arrest. The victim, 15-year-old Filish, had been actively engaged in 10th grade at the Nirmal Convent.

Hailing from Bangalore, she had been residing at the CMH Orphanage for the last five years, dedicatedly pursuing her education. She collapsed during a routine medical examination conducted at a local public hospital, and the cause of her untimely demise was determined to be cardiac arrest.

The CMH Orphanage community, along with Nirmal Convent, has been deeply affected by this tragedy. The young student’s body has been transferred to the city’s mortuary. A post-mortem examination was conducted before her remains were handed over to her grieving family members for the final rites.
