Mysuru: Condemning the latest Supreme Court order on release of Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu, Mysuru ditrict journalists’ Association held a silent protest wearing black masks here on September 21.
The protest was held from Press Club to DC’s office. In the memorandum submitted to the DC, the journalists stated that the journalists association condemns repeated setbacks to Karnataka regarding the Cauvery water dispute. “We extend our support to all peaceful protests held across the district,” the statement said.
