Mysuru: A cow died in a tiger attack at Wodeyanapura Village in Nanjanagudu Taluk of the District.

Nagaraja Gowda, a farmer from the Village, was grazing cattle on his farm when a tiger hiding inside a bush tried to attack the cow. The farmer immediately fled from the spot.

The farmers have demanded that the Forest Department Officials should keep a cage and capture the tigress and give farmers adequate compensation as one farmer was killed in a tiger attack.
