Mysore:The newly constructed JSS Hospital in the city will be inaugurated on September 23 by President Pranab Mukherjee. The hospital building has been constructed in a unique architectural style.

Sri Shivaratri Deshikendra Swamiji  and  Shivakumar Swami of Siddaganga Mutt will bless the occasion.

State Governor Hamsaraj Bharadwaj  will preside over the function, while CM Siddaramaiah will release the special souvenir   Union Highway Minister Oscar Fernandes, State Revenue Minister Srinivas Prasad,  Minister for Co-operation  HS Mahadevaprasad, PWD Minister Dr HC Mahadevappa, Health and family Welfare Minister UT Khader, Medical Education Minister Dr Sharan Prakash Patil and several others will participate.

Unique architecture :  The hospital building which has come up on a 17.5 acre  land is  built in the Indo-Saracenic architectural style and  has  various specialty departments including Cardiology, Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Nephrology, Urology, Neurology, Neuro Surgery, Surgical Gastro Enterology, Pulmonology, Gynecology,  Plastic surgery, pediatric,  Neo-Natal Care, key-hole laproscopic surgery,  and other departments.
