Mysore :Mysore City Corporation officials have on Wednesday June 18 raided a few buildings which were using cellars reserved for parking as commercial spaces. The raiding team was led by Zonal Commissioner Veena.

The Corporation resorted to such a move after earlier warnings to stop misuse of  parking cellars went in vain.

During the raid the officials cleared the parking cellars which were being misused and directed building owners to use the space only for parking purposes.

Speaking to reporters later, Zonal Commissioner Veena warned that trading licence of those found encroaching parking slots in buildings, will stand cancelled if the rule was not adhered to.
