Mysuru: Mysore City Corporation (MCC) has stated in a press release that H1N1 epidemic is spread from person to person and a virus causes for the disease. Fever, severe cold, throat pain, respiratory problems, and cough are some of the important features of the epidemic.

The MCC has suggested the people use a hand kerchief, keep away from the infected group, not to take food and drinks when they are in open public places.

It also says that, daily exercise, nutritious food, water, relaxation and others help to protect themselves from the disease.
