More skeletons tumble out about corrupt Naik from driver’s suicide note

Mandya: The driver of the car belonging to the Special land Acquisition Officer in Bengaluru,who accused mining baron Janardhan Reddy of exchanging Rs 100 Crore currency prior to his daughters’ wedding left many startling facts in his death note before ending life.

He goes on listing the misdeeds of his officer Bhima Naik which include purchase of a bungalow in Sadashivanagr area of Belagavi, purchase of 30 acre land in Hollabapura of Hagaribommanahalli, purchase of 10 acre land in his brother’s name at Mariammanahalli.

Apart from above , purchase of two sites adjacent to his existing residence in Yelahanka for his sisters-in- law, mismanagement at the petrol bunk owned by his brother Krishana Naik, purchase of two high end cars and purchase of Chevorlet Tavera car in another brother Arjun’s name.

Paying Rs 35 Lakh to the revenue minister’s personal assistant Nagaraju to hush up all cases against him, purchase of gold and diamond jewellery from Krishnaiah Chetty and Sons , Bengaluru to the tune of Rs 1 Crore and gobbling up Rs 25 Lakhs as administrative officer of Savitha Samaj by colluding with Auditor Padmini.

The list of accusations also mentions a donation to the tune of Rs 5 Lakh to Kukke Subramanya temple and Dattaguru Matt in Vasanthnagar.

The death note highlights a Rs 25 Crore deal to get Hagaribommanahalli Assembly seat for 2018 Assembly elections with Janradhan Reddy and Sri Ramulu at Parijatha Guest House.

The death note states, “boss” Bhima Naik had helped Janardhan Reddy to convert Rs 25 Crore as white money.

The most startling of them all is exchanging spiked currency to the tune of Rs 100 Crore with new notes for 20 percent commission after several rounds of negotiations with Sriramulu at Woodlands Hotel.

It may be recalled that Bhima Nayak’s car driver K C Ramesh had committed suicide fearing multiple threats on his life. The 30-year-old driver had left a 11-page death note in his room at Maddur Guest House before committing suicide.

Police have already filed a complaint against the deceased Bhima Naik and another driver Mohammad based on the vital details mentioned in the death note.
