Madikeri: The police have succeeded in arresting Nanda Nannaiah, who went absconding after shooting Karnadka Tilakaraj.

Nanda Nannaiah, after murdering Tilakraj, a BJP worker, immediately went home in his SUV, parked it outside his house and fled with his bike.

As per the instruction of Superintendent of Police, two separate teams led by Madikeri DySP Sunder Raj and DCIB Inspector Mahesh were formed to find out the accused.

After collecting information from different people and then learning the whereabouts of the accused, a team led by Madikeri DySP Sunder Raj was successful in arresting the accused. The police seized a revolver and bullets and his motorbike.
