Madikeri: Deceased officer DySP M K Ganapathi’s wife, K K Pavana has requested for a judicial probe by either Lokayukta retired Justice Santosh Hegde or N Venkatachalaiah.

Expressing apprehensions over getting justice from the judicial probe announced by the state government, Pavana spoke to mediapersons at her residence at Rangasamudra near Kushalnagar on Wednesday. She said, “If the judicial inquiry is final, then the probe should be conducted by either Lokayukta retired Justice Santosh Hegde or N Venkatachalaiah. If the government fails to name the duo, then I will write to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a CBI probe.”

Requesting medaipersons not to visit their house from Thursday, the family members of the deceased officer said that they will not be expressing any reaction over the incident anymore.
