Mysore: An accident took place between a state-run bus and a tipper at Hinkal signal, here on Monday September 1.

According to the reports, the accident took place as the signals on the road were not working; moreover there was no traffic personnel deployed on the junction.

As the bus driver tried to overtake the tipper, in a mishap they bumped into each other.
