Mysuru: Kannada Chaluvali leader Vatal Nagaraj known for adopting unique ways of demonstrations, resorted to a mat for a change to protest against the move of the central government to privatise Lalitha Mahal Palace hotel in Mysuru on January 29.

Vatal preferred mat over bullock cart, donkey and other carts, this time. None of his supporters was seen around marking a total shift in his approach. Single handedly he showed resentment against the central government’s move to privatise the famous heritage and historical building in Mysuru.
