Kodagu: Congess has suspened eight leaders from the primary membership of the party for six years.

District Congress Committee president K K Manjunath said that the eight leaders were suspended for engaging in anti-party activities. The suspended are members, Mohan, Mohammed Hayath, K.M. Venkatesh, H. K. Prema, Gilber Lobo, Tajasam, Benedict and Sunil Nanjappa.

This faction was under the radar for sometime now.
