Kodagu: Three people suffered bullet injuries after a man opened fire using a revolver following a brawl during a Kola pooja at Nagarahalli, Somwarapete here in the District.

The pooja was organised by five families after 12 years. During the pooja, one of the attendees Veeresh was allegedly assaulted, who opened fire in the air in a fit of rage. Due to this three people at the pooja venue suffered bullet injuries.

All the three are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital while Veeresh too has been injured due to assault. A case has been registered in this regard.
