Mysuru: District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. Puttaswamy said that the cases of H1N1 affected persons in the district have been rising.

The District Health Officer said that 76 blood samples of suspected H1N1 cases were sent to laboratory, out of which 28 were positive, the results of 44 cases have come out negative and results of four samples were awaited.

Out of these 28 positive cases, two have died, 15 have been discharged after providing necessary treatment and the remaining 11 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals.
