Frustrated worker commits suicide in company premises

Mysuru: A man committed suicide by hanging on Monday late at night, after getting  frustrated with his company.

The victim Kariyanna, a resident of Belavadi,  hanged himself in a chemical factory in the  Hebbal Industrial Area.

 Police said the deceased was working in a privately owned chemical industry in Hebbal for the past 15 years and was suffering from health issues, in this regard he stayed from his job for several months. He had also requested the company owner to pay him the incentive money for his services to the company. When the company officials rejected his proposal, he was disappointed with the management and late at night he committed suicide in the company premises by hanging himself with a leather wire.

In the morning of Tuesday other workers noted the death of Kariyappa and informed the Vijayanagara police officials.

Vijayanagara police officials visited to the spot and filed a case.
