Mysuru: A 68-year-old man died at KR Hospital following a road mishap and his son has alleged that lack of ventilator at the hospital led to his father’s death. A case has been registered in this regard.

Chikkamadaiah (68) had met with an accident in Bamboo Bazaar area on January 25. Immediately he was rushed to a private hospital and later moved to K R hospital for further treatment.

The accident victim ultimately succumbed to injuries on February 7 and the son has alleged that K R hospital failed to provide ventilator to his father. Hospital head Dr.Krishnamurthy refused to comment on the controversy when media sought his reaction.
