Mysuru: An engineer working for a private company in Maharashtra died on the spot after his bullet bike hit a road divider during wee hours of the July 4.

Mohammed Arif, aged 26 is the deceased.
He had left his home town Calicut on his way to Bengaluru to be with his sister who got married last year. He had resigned from his present job and wanted to settle down in Bengaluru.
In the morning at 3.30 am, when he approached Heritage dhaba near Nanjangud on his bullet bike, it is learnt he felt sleepy and hit the road divider and fell on the other side of the road. He might have died on the spot due to severe head injuries. The Kadakola police arrived at the accident spot and found his mobile in his pocket by means of which they could collect his other personal details.
A case has been registered at the Mysuru south police station. The body has been handed over to the relatives after post mortem.
