Chamarajanagar: The death toll of the Salvadi Maramma temple prasadam tragedy has now reached 12. The deceased is a resident of the Mandya district who was a devotee of the temple.

According to the Hanur MLA, the dead body of Prakash (48), a resident of Chikkaankalanahalli in Mandya, was found at the Hanur town bus stand. “He was a regular visitor of the temple,” informed his family members.

“With this, the number of deaths has reached 12,” informed authorities.
