Chamarajanagara: A son-in-law dies after he slipped and fell in to lake in Kagalavadi Village in Chamarajanagara Taluk on Saturday June 11.

The deceased has been identified as Raju, who came to perform the third day ceremony of  his mother-in-law who had died two days ago. After performing milk and ghee ritual, Raju went to wash face and hands wherein he accidentally fell in to lake and died.

Chamarajanagara East Police has registered a case and is investigating.
